Account Management

Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage. Choose your account type (Employer or Worker), fill in your basic information including name, email, and phone number, and create a secure password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Log into your account, go to Account Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile and all associated data will be removed from our system.

For Employers

Create an employer account, post a job listing with detailed requirements (position type, experience needed, salary range, etc.). Browse through worker profiles that match your criteria, review their qualifications and references, and contact them directly through our messaging system.

All workers on our platform undergo basic verification including identity checks. For additional verification, you can request to view their certificates, contact their references, or use our premium background check service which includes criminal record checks and employment history verification.

You can find nannies and childcare providers, housemaids and cleaners, caregivers for elderly or special needs, gardeners and landscapers, drivers, cooks, and household managers. Each profile includes skills, experience, and availability.

Yes, employers can post multiple job listings. Basic accounts can post up to 3 active job listings, while premium subscribers can post unlimited listings and access advanced features like featured job posts and priority visibility.

Our platform includes a built-in messaging system that allows secure communication between employers and workers. You can send messages, schedule interviews, share documents, and keep all communication organized in one place.

We encourage employers to clearly communicate expectations during the interview process. If issues arise, you can rate and review the worker to help other employers. Our support team is available to mediate disputes and provide guidance.

For Workers

Create a complete worker profile with your skills, experience, certifications, and preferences. Browse job listings that match your qualifications, apply to positions that interest you, and respond to employer inquiries through our messaging system.

Complete your profile 100% - add a professional photo, list all your skills and certifications, write a detailed bio, upload relevant certificates, provide references, and respond promptly to employer messages. Verified profiles with complete information get up to 5x more job offers.

We recommend providing your national ID or passport, professional certificates and qualifications (childcare, first aid, cooking, etc.), reference letters from previous employers, police clearance certificate (if available), and any other relevant credentials.

Complete your profile with accurate information, upload your identification documents, provide valid references, complete any skill assessments relevant to your field. Our team will review your information and approve your verification status within 2-3 business days.

Yes, you can apply for jobs anywhere in Zimbabwe. Use the location filter to search for jobs in specific cities or regions. Some employers offer accommodation or relocation assistance for workers willing to relocate.

Salary arrangements are made directly between you and the employer. We recommend discussing payment terms, frequency, and method during the interview process. Many employers pay via bank transfer, mobile money (EcoCash, OneMoney), or cash.

Employers create a free account, post job listings or browse through verified worker profiles. Workers create profiles showcasing their skills, experience, and certifications. Our smart matching algorithm helps connect the right people based on requirements and preferences.

Creating an account and browsing profiles is completely free for both employers and workers. Employers can post basic job listings for free. Premium features like featured listings, advanced filters, and priority support are available with paid subscriptions.

Payments & Billing

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile money (EcoCash, OneMoney), bank transfers, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All fees are clearly displayed before you make any payment. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees. Free accounts have no cost for basic features.

Log into your account, go to Settings > Subscription, choose your preferred plan (Basic, Premium, or Enterprise), select your payment method, and complete the checkout process. Your account will be upgraded immediately upon successful payment.

Yes, you can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free Basic plan.

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. We never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Report any suspicious activity immediately to our support team at support@zimhelpconnect.co.zw. This includes fake profiles, scam attempts, inappropriate behavior, or any activity that violates our terms of service.

Use the "Report" button on the user's profile or message. Provide details about the issue, and our moderation team will investigate within 24 hours. You can also email us directly with screenshots or evidence.

Yes, we verify employer profiles through business registration documents, tax IDs (for companies), and address verification. This ensures a safe environment for both workers and employers.

Technical Support

Use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. If you've forgotten your email, please contact our support team.

Yes, ZimHelp Connect is available as a mobile-responsive web app that works perfectly on all devices. Native mobile apps for Android and iOS are currently in development and will be released soon.

Verification Process

Our verification process includes identity verification using government-issued ID, reference checks with previous employers, qualification verification, and optional background checks. Verified workers receive a badge on their profile indicating their trust level.

The verification badge indicates that a worker has completed our verification process and their credentials have been checked. There are different badge levels: Basic (email/phone verified), Standard (ID verified), and Premium (full background check completed).

Basic verification (email and phone) is instant. Standard verification (ID check) takes 1-2 business days. Premium verification (full background check) takes 3-5 business days depending on the responsiveness of references and external agencies.

Our premium background check includes criminal record check, employment history verification with previous employers, qualification verification, identity verification, and reference checks. You can request a full report for any worker you're seriously considering hiring.
